How long does setup take after payment?
Your hosting account is activated within 2–6 hours after payment confirmation. You'll receive hosting login credentials via email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, DBBL Nexus, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. After ordering, you'll receive payment details and submit your transaction ID.
How do I renew my hosting plan?
We'll send you a renewal reminder email 30 days before expiry. Simply pay via your preferred method and your account will be renewed instantly. You can also contact us on WhatsApp.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Basic → Standard → Premium at any time. We'll calculate the pro-rated amount for the remaining period. Contact us on WhatsApp or email to upgrade.
Do you offer a refund?
We offer a 7-day refund policy if your account was not used. After 7 days or if the account is active, refunds are not applicable. Contact info@agencygenz.com for any issues.
Can I host a WordPress site?
Absolutely! All plans include Softaculous with 1-click WordPress installation. Our team can also assist with the setup free of charge.
